Nelsons Bolivar Speedway & Event Center To Host Southwest Missouri’s Largest Open Air Flea Market.
Bob Nelson is a racing legend in Southwest Missouri and his name is known throughout the Country, especially along the I-44 corridor across the United States for having one of the largest Midwest weekly outdoor flea markets.
Now, Bob has purchased one of Missouri’s best recognized speedways, the Bolivar Speedway, home of NASCAR, USAC, MARS series and numerous state championships, to hold Open Air Flea Markets and other events such as specialty races, motorsports events, car shows, auctions, consignment sales, community events and gatherings. With 3400 bleacher back seats, it is the ideal space for concerts and family-friendly shows.
The first Open Air Flea Market of the 2012 season is May 4, 5, 6 opening each day at 7 a.m. Early vendor set-up is May 3.
The Nelsons Bolivar Speedway & Event Center Open Air Flea Market is expected to rapidly grow into one of the largest open air markets in the Midwest.
Vendor spaces are 20 x 30 at $20 per selling day.
Parking is $5 a car load or $2 for individual parking.
Full Concessions and clean restrooms available.
Nelsons Bolivar Speedway & Event Center is located 20 minutes North of Springfield, Missouri on Highway 13 and four (4) miles South of Bolivar. Turn West at the big yellow billboard or Smith’s Restaurant and take outer road to Nelsons.
Future Open Air Flea Market dates for 2012 are September 14-16 and October 19-21. More dates may be added.
